为帮助中国学生更多了解国外知名大学研究生教育和奖学金信息，搭建国际教育交流平台，国家留学基金管理委员会自2009年开始举办国际研究生奖学金信息说明会（IGSF）。该活动作为一项对高校学生开放的公益性校园活动，已连续举办十二届。

　　因受全球新冠疫情影响，按疫情防控相关要求，2021年第十三届IGSF将于11月13日-14日在云端举行。来自15个国家的36所国外高校及机构参与，线上开展一对一面试，与国内高校开展校际交流，并以录播方式开展宣讲。国家留学基金管理委员会及东方国际教育交流中心届时亦将开放会议室进行咨询。
